Organizations are the ownership boundary for customer resources. Calls, numbers, trunks, carrier connections, SIP domains, subscribers, voice applications, recordings, conferences, and webhooks are resolved inside an organization context. For session-authenticated organization-scoped requests, send X-Organization-ID. Leamout validates the user’s membership and requires the header to agree with an {organization_id} path parameter. Organization bearer credentials work differently: the organization ID is embedded in the resolved credential identity and cannot be overridden by request headers.
