SIP subscribers

A subscriber is an organization-owned SIP identity inside a SIP domain. Create one with:

}

The public response returns the subscriber ID, organization ID, SIP-domain ID, username, domain, display name, status, and timestamps. The password is not returned. Rotate the SIP password with:

POST /v1/subscribers/{subscriber_id}/credentials/rotate

and a body containing the new password.
