Leamout represents call transitions as lifecycle events. The current call lifecycle includes initiation, ringing, answer, active media, hold, resume, completion, failure, and cancellation. Event names for this family include:
Event payloads may contain the call and organization IDs, optional Voice Agent and trunk attribution, public call state, SIP Call-ID when known, and event timing. Consumers should tolerate optional fields and event-specific differences. Subscribe with a webhook endpoint. Delivery is asynchronous; use the Calls API as the source of truth for current resource state.
