Leamout stores phone numbers already owned or assigned to you by your carrier. A number has a number, country_code, optional trunk_id, and voice_enabled state.
To change the assigned trunk, use PATCH /v1/numbers/{number_id}/trunk with the new trunk_id. Inbound Voice Agent routing additionally requires a phone-number binding. A trunk assignment alone does not configure an agent.
The current backend has no available-number search, checkout, or managed phone-number provisioning endpoint. Number ownership and carrier charges remain with your BYOC provider.
