Effective limits
GET /v1/limits returns fields such as:
Runtime usage
GET /v1/runtime-usage returns used_seconds, allowance_seconds, unlimited, and the period timestamps.
When the monthly allowance is exhausted, Leamout rejects new Voice Agent sessions. It does not terminate an already-active call solely because the allowance is subsequently reached.
A null limit represents an unbounded value in the effective limit model; do not interpret it as zero capacity. Entitlement gates are separate from numeric plan limits.
