Retention policies

An organization can configure retention policies for these resource keys:

recordings
conversations
audit_events

Policy management requires the retention scope and the retention policies entitlement.

retention_days must be from 1 to 3650, and must not exceed your organization’s effective plan limit. List policies with GET /v1/retention-policies/. Delete a resource-specific policy with DELETE /v1/retention-policies/{resource}. A configured policy determines retention behavior; it is not a request to immediately erase all matching data. Review the separate resource lifecycle before relying on a particular deletion schedule.
