Leamout persists webhook delivery state rather than treating delivery as a fire-and-forget callback. Use:
Delivery records expose attempt count, replay count, next and last attempt timestamps, HTTP response status/body when present, last error, and delivery time. The explicit retry endpoint creates an operator-controlled replay path without changing the original event identity.
