Organizations

An organization owns its API credentials, Voice Agents, AI integrations, SIP trunks, phone numbers, calls, webhooks, and recordings. An organization API token accesses only resources owned by that organization.

Voice Agents

A Voice Agent stores instructions, engine selection, audio-related preferences, policies, and provider bindings. Its two engine modes are:
  • Composable: speech-to-text (stt), language model (llm), and text-to-speech (tts) integrations.
  • Realtime: one realtime integration handles an end-to-end realtime voice session.
The readiness endpoint checks that the expected provider roles are bound to verified organization-owned integrations. Editing agent configuration does not retroactively change the active call’s configuration snapshot.

AI integrations and tools

An AI integration is an organization-owned provider credential that can be verified and bound to an agent. An agent tool is a permitted action the runtime may execute, subject to its tool definition and security controls.

SIP trunks and phone numbers

A trunk represents your SIP connection, including authentication, allowed source networks, traffic limits, and remote SIP endpoints. A number is a BYOC routing identity that may be assigned directly to a trunk. An inbound Voice Agent binding associates the number with a specific agent.

Calls and recordings

A call is a durable organization-scoped resource. Inbound and outbound calls record their state, optional Voice Agent association, trunk/endpoint attribution, and timestamps. Supported controls include answering, hanging up, transferring, hold/unhold, playback, recording, and DTMF. Recordings have their own listing and playback API.
