Inbound voice starts with connectivity and an application binding. For BYOC, the normal sequence is:
  1. Create a carrier connection and enable inbound traffic.
  2. Configure inbound authentication using trusted source IPs or digest credentials.
  3. Create a BYOC number owned by that carrier connection.
  4. Create a voice application.
  5. Bind the number to the voice application.
  6. Send the carrier INVITE to the Leamout SIP endpoint.
Leamout authenticates ingress, resolves the number and voice application, establishes trusted organization context, and creates a durable inbound call. The API can then answer or otherwise control the call. List recent calls:
Inbound calls have direction: "inbound".
