The Audit API provides read-only, organization-scoped activity records. A record can include an event ID, actor, action, target resource, metadata, and occurrence timestamp. Use a credential with audit:read:
The default limit is 50 and offset is 0. Valid limits are 1–100. You can filter by action, actor_type, actor_id, target_type, target_id, occurred_from, and occurred_before. The currently accepted actor types are user and organization_token. Audit records are not editable through the public API. For automatic storage lifetime controls, see Retention policies.
